Before I trusted Christ
I grew up knowing about Christ, but not trusting in him. After my daughter's death I didn’t believe he was there. I gave up trying to have a spiritual relationship with God.
Since I've trusted Christ
I got back on track with my spiritual relationship reading the Bible and praying for his help for me to recover from alcohol. I ended up I jail and while there I prayed and asked him to let me out. He did, and I felt He was on my side again and I started praying more and reading more of the Bible.
Jesus has recently answered two prayers for me within a week, two days apart. I asked God to let me see my brother the next day, and my brother came to see me the next day. I then asked God to get me out of Jail, and he did.
God had put me in jail to get the recovery I needed, and I have have been helped to recover.
Now, I have graduated from a Bible study program. I am a better person and feel a lot better about myself and about my future.
I thank God every day. He loves us all.
